Chico retired in November 2025 after 25 years and one day in law enforcement, much of it in school-resource and supervisory roles. The same habits that career was built on — integrity, reliability and attention to detail — are what show up at your door in Camden and across Kershaw County.
Every visit ends with photos and a short note, so you always know how the pets and the house are doing while you're away.

$35 per visit
Your pets stay in their own home on their own routine. Feeding, water, potty breaks, playtime and photo updates every visit.
House-Only Property Checks
$25 per visit
No pets? We still keep an eye on the place while you travel — and a written update every time.
Multi-Animal & Livestock Visits
$75 per visit
Larger households, barns and small farms across Kershaw County — horses, goats, chickens and multi-pet homes.
Authorized Key Holder / Alarm Response
Quoted per agreement
We hold a key on file and respond to alarm-company or homeowner calls to meet responders and lock up afterward. This is not a security service.

$25 home / $35 vehicle per call
