Most pets do better at home. Same bed, same bowls, same yard, same smells — no kennel noise and no strange animals. Wateree Pet & House Sitter LLC is a licensed, insured, locally owned business run by David "Chico" Morales, a retired law enforcement officer, so you are handing your keys to someone who takes both your animals and your house seriously.
A standard visit is $35 and runs long enough to actually get everything done — feed, water, out, play, clean up, and a look around the house before we lock it back up. As general guidance, dogs usually do best with 2–3 visits a day and cats with 1–2.
What a pet sitting visit includes
- Feeding and fresh water on your pet's normal schedule
- Potty breaks, yard time and neighborhood walks
- Playtime, brushing and plain old companionship
- Litter boxes, crates and kennels cleaned up
- Medication when clearly instructed by the owner
- Mail, packages, plants and trash day handled while we're there
- Photo and text update after every single visit
